Just a quick note this week to invite you into our annual parish planning interviews!

On Pentecost Sunday, many of you participated in our first round of interviews — thank you! That input is already helping shape our vision for the year ahead.

Now we’re continuing the process with two more Sunday opportunities:

  • This Sunday at 9:00 AM
  • Next Sunday at 9:00 AM

If you haven’t done your interview yet, please sign up — I’ll be sending invitations today or tomorrow. Or just reply and let me know which Sunday works best for you.

Why it matters:

In 2021, we launched a five-year vision process. This is the final year of that plan. Your voice will help us finish well and listen together for where God is calling us next.

And this year, we’re not just listening within the church — we’ve included interviews with community leaders from:

  • The City of Waco
  • McLennan Community College
  • Waco ISD

Their perspectives are being gathered alongside yours to help us better discern how we can serve our community in the year to come.

Thank you for being part of a church that plans together, listens deeply, and moves faithfully toward the future God is preparing.
