Summary:
We’re not moving to a second service yet—but we’re prepared if the time comes. Here’s what we’re watching for, and how you can help.

What We’ve Been Watching

For the past couple of years, we’ve been talking and praying together about the possibility of adding a second Sunday service. Our plan was to be ready this fall in case we needed it—because it’s easier to prepare and pull back than to scramble when it’s too late.

We initially said we’d consider adding a service after four Sundays in a row with more than 89 people at our 10:30 AM service. But now, we believe a better marker is a 13-week average approaching that number.

Right now, our average attendance isn’t quite there yet.

The Good News

The really good news is: we’re ready.

If and when the need arises, we have the systems in place to act quickly—with a new service potentially launching at:

  • New Year

  • Easter

  • Fall 2026

We're watching the trends, and we’ll discern together.

What You Can Do

While we’re in this “wait and see” season, here’s how you can help:

  • Keep showing up on Sundays

  • Invite your friends and neighbors

  • Pray for the Spirit to guide us

When the sanctuary fills week after week, we’ll know:
It’s time.

And when it is, we’ll be ready—not rushed, not anxious, just ready.

Leading in Faith

Thank you for being a part of a church that:

  • Takes faithful risks

  • Discerns in love

  • Steps back when needed

This is what leading together looks like. I’m deeply grateful to share this journey with you.
